Madix Shelving Uprights

We have three types of uprights available: the basic upright, the half upright, and extension uprights The Madix Basic Upright is available in heights from 36 inches to 96 inches and above by special order. Extension uprights are available in heights from 6 inches to 48 inches. Half uprights available from 36 inches to 96 inches.

Madix Base Shelf

Integrally formed price tag molding matches molding on upper shelves (see SUS). Heavy gauge shelf bracket features lock tab to ensure quick installation and precision alignment. Other materials and construction  same as upper shelves.

Madix Base Shoe

Projection welded high tensile steel gives maximum load capacity. Exclusive “I” beam design is 5" low, with easy in “POSI-LOK” feature for quick no-error installation. Screwdriver leveling and electrical access. Kickplates of either closed or open type or  reinforced base shoes must be installed on shelving runs.

Madix Base Shoe Cover

Base End Covers complete the floor level “finished look” from Kickplate to Upright at each Gondola/Wall run. Order two pairs for each Gondola run or one pair for each Wall run. Order the same length as Base Shelf depth. Standard finish is chocolate body and nose. Alternate standard finish is black body and nose. Optional colors will have black nose. PAIR ONLY PRICING. Kickplates of either closed or open type or reinforced base shoes must be installed on shelving runs.

Madix Kick Plate

Standard Kickplate has convenient electrical knockout. Open Front Kickplate is designed to permit cleaning under shelving as required by some local codes. Both types “snap-in, snap-out” without disturbing the Base Shelf and have a fully floating feature allowing flush fit against uneven floors. The actual height for Standard Kickplates measures 1" less than the nominal height. Kickplates of either closed or open type or reinforced base shoes must be installed on shelving runs.

Madix Spanners

Madix Center Spanner

Galvanized “snap-in” spanner assures Back Panel rigidity. Has electrical and telescoping upright knockouts. Galvanized only.

Madix Bottom Spanner

“Snap-in”spanner secures the Uprights at equal spacing and supports Back Panel. Has electrical knockouts.

Madix Slatwall Spanner

Narrow profile stiffens Slatwall Panels; no telescoping upright or electrical access.

Madix Splicer Spanner

Splicer spanner joins two Back Panels in sections 78" and above. Has electrical and Telescoping Upright Knockouts.

Madix Top Spanner

“Snap-in” spanner secures Uprights at equal spacing, traps Back Panels and trims top of section. Electrical and telescoping upright knockouts.

Madix Upright Cap

High impact molded plastic cap finishes open top end of Upright. Provision for tapered or threaded stem sign holders. Also fits Telescoping Upright knockout in Top/Lower Spanner. Sold in packs of 10 only. Available in Sahara and Clear.

Madix Wall Support

For use on taller Madix Wall Shelving applications.

Galvanized support installs in wall side of Upright slotting to mount Basic Upright to wall. Due to varying field conditions, the mounting hardware is not included.
